  Josh was great in every way. Very friendly and was very thorough. Fast response to my call and my furnace was fixed within a day. So glad with the cold weather it might not have lasted and we would have been without heat. The girl that scheduled us was also very nice and had Josh come out the day I called to address what type of problem our furnace was having. I have used them in the past for my air conditioning problem which was also fixed very promptly and the service was great then. I will continue to use them for any service needed in the future.   We’ve used Triangle exclusively since they installed our heat pump in 2014. On the occasion when we’ve had a service call, they’ve always been prompt and courteous. When our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday in January, Ben came out within 45 minutes of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. He had us up and running with heat in no time. We like that they’re a family-run business and know their customers. We can’t imagine using another company.

  Our furnace stopped working this morning. We noticed around 10 AM and made a call to Triangle. Within an hour I got a call back and a technician was at my house within 10 minutes. Our issue was diagnosed and the technician was able to find a replacement part within driving distance. Considering it is the Friday before a holiday weekend I expected we wouldn't have heat until next week, we are warm and toasty with everything working in less than 4 hours from first even noticing the problem. Our neighbor recommended Triangle to us and I will recommend them to everybody who asks!

  My husband called Triangle because our heater was not functioning correctly and we were both exceptionally pleased with the experience all around. Ben was here quickly and gave all the options and estimate of cost up front. Our heater is older and so when he wasn’t able to find the exact part we needed he was able to come up with other solutions that fit our needs.
