Mitsubishi HVAC Ductless System Giveaway Disclaimer
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the Pittsburgh region who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Triangle HVAC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Winner must own the property of installation and it must be their primary residence.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Prize: The prize consists of a Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, along with standard installation by Triangle HVAC. The total approximate retail value of the prize is up to $11,500.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.
4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The winner will previously have been assigned a team in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, if their team wins, they will win the prize. The participants will be notified by email if they are selected to enter the pool, and notified of confirmation of winning the grand prize within within 3 business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Taxes and Expenses: The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses not expressly covered by the giveaway, including any additional installation requirements not included in the standard installation package.
6. Installation Terms: Installation must take place at a location within 20 miles of Triangle HVAC Business Headquarters. The winner agrees to provide access to their property for the installation. Additional charges may apply for installations requiring significant modifications or upgrades to existing systems.
7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Triangle HVAC to use their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability: Triangle HVAC, Mitsubishi Electric, and their affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays in entry submissions or for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
9. General Conditions: Triangle
HVAC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
10. Agreement to Rules: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Triangle HVAC, which are final and binding in all respects.
11. Privacy: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose without consent.
12. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Triangle HVAC, located in Bridgeville, PA. Mitsubishi Electric is not directly sponsoring or endorsing this giveaway.
